Imam Alimjan AttaAllah is a Senior Imam in Turkey who currently serves as Director of the Fatwa Council within The Federation of Scholars of East Turkistan. He is also the manager of Religious Affairs at the World Uyghur Congress and a visiting lecturer at Sochi State University.
